    1. Not so badly. Just considering retiring from the OU after 25 years. The joy has gone from it. And, no, not cos I've become a grumpy old git (tho I am one off course), more because nobody there speaks English anymore; just some bureaucratic gobbledy-gook. Any road up Gay you have done well for yourself and I really hope that you are happy. Keep in touch: johnemarksesq@gmail.com.

    2. A stranger at my door,

A flower for all the world for you,

A forget-me-not for your haunted look,

      Skin stretched thin as famine.

      Delphiniums for the memory:

      Orchids for the night.

      With her thin strange tongue

      That does not belong
      Anywhere

      Thin, thin, her stem

      Great, great her bloom.

O! the roses of the morning,

And the sweet, sweet scent of stock in the afternoon:

      Memories, children, kindnesses

      Let them all bloom.
